My story
Strategic counsel, delivered with clarity.
I started independent practice with a simple conviction: businesses in Kenya deserve legal counsel that's both technically rigorous and genuinely commercial. Today I partner with founders, boards and in-house teams across financial services, technology, manufacturing, logistics and consumer sectors.
My work spans the full corporate lifecycle — incorporation and structuring, financing, M&A, contracts, compliance, employment and disputes. I'm most proud of the long-term relationships I've built, often acting as outside general counsel for companies as they scale across the region.
